Riders Roadbook
Riders Roadbook will be unveiled 3 weeks before the event. In the meantime, you will find practical information regarding your event in The Manual and below
All our packages offer bed and early sportive breakfast formulas including secured bike storage, daily luggage transportation and late check-out on the last day.
All options include 5 nights from the afternoon before Stage 1 to the morning of the Stage 5:

Haute Route offer you 3 different packages:
Budget package: The chance to live a unique shared experience
Group/shared accommodation with other riders (e.g. apartment, holiday centre, bungalow).

Standard package: Nice and easy
Classical standard hotels (2* and 3* hotels).
From €549 / $649
Express package: Be close to action!
Choose the closest standard hotels to the race village and services. Most of them are 3*hotels.
From €699 / $819
Premium package: Choose comfort
Make the most of your experience and enjoy your stay in the Italian Alps by choosing the highest quality hotels throughout the week. Most of them are 4* hotels.

Haute Route Airport Shuttle
Haute Route Dolomites offers riders the option of a shuttle bus service from Venice Airport (VCE) to Cortina (2h30 transfer) and from Bormio to Milan (MXP) (3h30 transfer).
Riders and their bike boxes can be transferred using this option.
TO GO - From Venice to Cortina d’Ampezzo - 55€
WAY BACK - From Bormio to Milan
If you book the service, detailed information on meeting point and driver contact will be sent later in the year.
Additional transportation can be added for Friends and Family arriving with you to the event, you can add several tickets on your own registration.
Bike Rental
Skip the hassle and expense of traveling with your bike. Instead, book a rental bike and just bring your pedals and shoes!
France Bike Rentals (FBR) provide a top-spec bike rental service during the event. Pick up your bike directly at the start village on Registration Day and return it at the end of the race.
Rental bikes come with a complete check-up and new tyres.
Concierge services (daily bike wash and service) are also included in the rental price.

Haute Route Race Bag
Enjoy a wonderful Haute Route custom race bag featuring your name, as well as a priceless service: your race bag will be transported to a pre-determined feed station during each stage in a dedicated van.
Benefits?
Pick up extra kit, your own food, or any other spares you might like - this is particularly helpful on bad weather days.
Race bags will be available to riders (who purchased them in advance) on Registration Day, one day before the first stage.

Rules & Regulations - Haute Route Dolomites Find all of the Rules and Regulations for the Haute Route Dolomites 2020
Medical certificate A medical certificate (or a valid French Cycling Licence) is mandatory to take part in an European Haute Route
Parental Consent Minors under 18 are not allowed to ride an Haute Route event. Exception: If you are still 17 at the time of your event and turning 18 in 2020, please complete this form to join us at the start line.

How to get there
Airport
The closest airport to Cortina d'Ampezzo is Venice Marco Polo (VCE)
Shuttle
Book the official airport shuttle (or private car) between Venice airport (VCE) and the Haute Route Village. Return shuttle (or private car) is also available from your hotel in Bormio to Milan airport (MXP).
Car
Drive from home or rent a car from your arrival airport/train station
Bus
Take the bus A29 from Mestre train station or Venice Marco Polo airport (2h35)
