You can still register for the full 3 days or 1 day of competition onsite, at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf hotel on

Thursday, April 19 from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific.

Enter as an individual and join hundreds of riders from across the globe to live the cycling adventure of a lifetime. As the event is timed and ranked you will be part of the solo classifications.

Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis, with confirmation upon completion of the entry form and receipt of your payment via our online credit card payments system.

Sign up as a Duo (team of two cyclists).

Riders registering as a Duo will not be included in the individual standings; Duo teams will be ranked in a separate classification (Male Duo, Female Duo, Mixed Duo). The Duo rankings will be established based on the time of the second member of each Duo team to cross the finish line every day.

If entering as a Duo, you do not need to sign up at the same time. The first rider to sign up creates the team by clicking on “Sign up a team now” on the registration form, and the second can join it by clicking “Join Team”.

The Premium Accommodation Package includes a hotel which is designated as the Official Host Hotel for the event. This Package includes:

  • Three nights (from 19/04 up to 21/04) at the Official Host Hotel at a special Haute Route rate
  • Full buffet breakfast each day before the stage
  • The Host Hotel is either the location for or very close to the location of the amenities included in your entry fee: check-in for the event on the Thursday afternoon, pre-event kickoff reception, lunch after every stage, daily safety briefings and awards presentations, prime location close to the start/finish line each day, massage after stages 1 and 2, bike expo, mechanical support.

Lorries Airport Shuttle: Shuttles boarding at San Francisco International Airport are available from Terminal 1, Terminal 3, and the International Terminal. Lorries Airport Shuttle operates daily from 4:00AM-11:30PM (shuttles run every ~10 minutes). For additional information, please contact Lorries Airport Shuttle directly at (415) 334-9000. The Super Shuttle: Shuttles boarding at San Francisco International Airport are available from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Super Shuttle operates 24 hours per day. Taxi Service: is available from San Francisco International Airport. The approximate fare is $50-$60 (typically less for Uber “Pool”).

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit): Note: the nearest BART station is still 1.7 miles from the official host hotel. Operates rapid rail service to many locations in the Bay Area. BART’s SFO station is located on the Departures/Ticketing Level (Level 3) of the International Terminal, on the Boarding Area G side near the Berman Reflection Room. BART is also easily accessed from any terminal by riding SFO’s AirTrain to the Garage G/BART Station stop. Take the Dublin/Pleasanton train to the Embarcadero Station and exit the BART Station through Drumm Street. Travel time is 30-35 minutes with trains leaving approximately every 15 minutes. TO AND FROM OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (OAK)

The Super Shuttle: Requires reservations which may be made directly with Super Shuttle. Super Shuttle operates 24 hours per day. Taxi Service: Available to Oakland International Airport. The approximate fare is $68-$75.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit): Note: the nearest BART station is still 1.7 miles from the official host hotel. Operates rapid rail service to many locations in the Bay Area. AirTrain operates between OAK and the BART Coliseum/Oakland Airport station daily, approximately every 10 minutes, until midnight. The Oakland Int’l Airport AirTrain connector is located just across from the Terminal 1 baggage claim area and a short walk from Terminal 2. Board here to ride AirTrain and exit at the BART/Oakland Coliseum station. From here, you can the Daly City/ San Francisco train. Please note that we do not allow transfer of entry or accommodation to another rider, to another event or to the following year.

Haute Route organisers propose a premium insurance to cover you in case of cancellation. We strongly advise each rider to subscribe to this insurance as there will be no refunds from the organisation.

To benefit from it, you simply need to subscribe to it during the registration process. To cancel no justification is required and reimbursement is immediate. The insurance is valid for both the entry fee and any accommodation package chosen.

This insurance also includes a personal accident package for during the event. All riders are highly recommended to take one.
