When purchasing an entry for the Haute Route, we use a registration platform called Sylius. On ACTIVE, we collect personal information, medical information, emergency contacts, kit sizes and extra services purchased. Any financial information will be stored by ACTIVE.

We will use the information to contact you regarding your participation in the event you signed up for and share some general information about Haute Route. We do not sell any of this contact information to third parties.

When registering with ACTIVE, we export the data and store it on an internal database.

When you register to an Haute Route event through Sylius, we host all the information we previously collect in a CRM platform called HubSpot to allow our customer service team to access all the customer profile information.

We use a third-party company for the medical assistance of each Haute Route event. Prior to the event, we share your personal information, medical information and emergency contacts with our event medical assistance provider.

- Dokever on the Haute Route Pyrenees, Haute Route Alps and Haute Route Alpe d’Huez.

- A doctor coordinating a local team on Haute Route Davos and Haute Route Dolomites

Pic2Go

When you are registered to an Haute Route event, we offer you the possibility to subscribe for free to the Pic2Go service. Pic2Go collects identifiable information such as your name, picture and race bib number only if you choose to use this service. By using the Site, you grant Pic2Go permission to access and receive personally identifiable information from accounts that you may have on social media sites as Facebook®.

If you book an Haute Route accommodation, you allow us to share your name with our official event hotels as part of the event rooming list to sort out the accommodation for you.
We use Survey Monkey, a third-party online survey software, to obtain relevant feedback from Haute Route participants after each Haute Route event. We use the information to improve the quality of the event. As our surveys are anonymous, any relevant personal information will be stored by them alone.
