Airport Shuttle - Arrival / Departure
The shuttles will be running on registration day (Thursday) and on the last day (Sunday).
Service available only from Marseille Airport (MRS). Riders, luggage and bike boxes can be transferred using this option.
Additional transportation can be added for Friends and Family arriving with you to the event, you can add several tickets on your own registration.
As the start of the event approaches, you will receive a form to fill your flight details.
Bike Rental
Skip the hassle and expense of traveling with your bike. Instead, book a rental bike and just bring your pedals and shoes! France Bike Rentals (FBR) provide a top-spec bike rental service during the event. Pick up your bike directly at the start village on Registration Day and return it at the end of the race.
Rental bikes come with a complete check-up and new tyres.
Concierge services (daily bike wash and service) are included in the rental price.

Race bag service
Enjoy an Haute Route custom race bag, as well as a priceless service: your race bag will be transported to a pre-determined feed station during each stage in a dedicated van.
Benefits?
Pick up extra kit, your own food, or any other spares you may need - this is particularly helpful on bad weather days.
Race bags will be available to riders (who purchased them in advance) on Registration Day, one day before the first stage.

Event Village Opening
The event village will be open from 2pm to 6pm and will be located at the Parking Place de la Vigneronne, 84410 Bédoin, France.
From 2pm to 6pm: What to do in the village?
1. Leave your bike, suitcase, bike, and bike box in the secured bike park.
2. Collect your Race Pack.
3. Attach your bike plate to your handlebars. (It is forbidden to alter, cut or fold your bike plate.)
4. Get your bike fixed or assembled at the Mavic stand.
5. Rent a bike with France Bike Rental.
Welcome briefing
1st Briefing - 7pm
2nd Briefing - 7.45pm
Please ensure that you attend the mandatory Rider Briefing at the Haute Route Village. Bikes allowed.
N.B: The Rider Briefing will be followed by the Event Supporter Briefing, which is mandatory for friends and family following the event by car.
Pasta Party starts at 7.15pm
To start the Haute Route in the right way, make new friends over dinner at the Pasta Party, which will take place from 7:30 pm at the Haute Route Village after the briefing.
