Services

If you don’t book one of our accommodation packages with us, we can still transfer your travel bag to the next stage if you bring it to the start line each morning. You can then pick it up from the Info Point at the finish of each stage. No bags will be picked up or dropped off at hotels, unless accommodation has been booked through us.

There will be a team of masseurs at the arrival village at the end of each stage providing free massages (15 minutes). Bookings are made at the Info Point once riders cross the finish line each day, on a first-come-first-served basis - you can book any suitable, available time slot.

We will have 4 Mavic support vehicles that will follow the course (1 van and 3 cars) to assist with mechanical problems.
Puncture repair is not included in this so you will need to bring spare tubes and tools.

Breakfast: If you book an accommodation package with us, breakfast is included in this.

Lunch: Your entry fee includes a cooked lunch at the Race Village after the finish of each stage.

Dinner: You will need to organise your evening meals. We will provide details of restaurants in advance so you can book this in advance (highly advised).

For the lunch we provide after each stage, we will have options for riders who are gluten intolerant or have specific dietary requirements. For breakfast in the hotels, we have requested gluten free options but not all hotels are able to guarantee this so we would advise you to bring some gluten free cereal or porridge in your travel bag to be sure you have the breakfast you need. If you have specific dietary requirements, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to put you in to a hotel which would cater for your needs.

We will have a secure bike park at the finish of each stage so you can leave your bike there while you shower, have lunch and a massage and hang out at the Race Village. Then you will cycle back to your hotel. If your hotel is far away, we will organise shuttles for you and your bike.

On each event, we have a rental bike company we will be working with during the event.

Refer you to the additional information on the event page that you are interested in and you will get contacts of the above mentioned company.

7 days events: We can wash two items of kit for you once during the week (1 jersey and 1 shorts, OR 2 jerseys OR 2 shorts). We will collect this from you at the evening briefing before the Time Trial and give it back to you at the evening briefing the following day.

3 days events: There is no laundry service available as the event is only 3 days long.
