Registration

Your registration code is in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you registered. If you don’t know your code, please email [email protected].

No transfers of entries will be carried out by the organisation.

No, entry transfers to another rider or to the next year are not possible.

Please note that we do not allow transfer of entry or accommodation to another rider, to another event or to the following year.

Haute Route organisers propose a premium insurance to cover you in case of cancellation. We strongly advise each rider to subscribe to this insurance as there will be no refunds from the organisation.

To benefit from it, you need to tick the boxes above. To cancel no justification is required and reimbursement is immediate. The insurance is valid for entry fee and extra services.

This insurance also includes a personal accident package for during the event. All riders are highly recommended to take one.

NB: It will not be possible to add this insurance once your entry has been completed.

Haute Route in US, Mexico or Oman: No requirements needed

Haute Route in France: It is a requirement of the Fédération Française de Cyclisme (FFC), the French Cycling Federation, who we are regulated by, that each rider must provide this. For more detailed information, see the rules and regulations here.

Haute Route in Italy: It is a requirement of the Fédération Française de Cyclisme (FFC), the French Cycling Federation, who we are regulated by, that each rider must provide this. For more detailed information, see the rules and regulations here.

Haute Route in Norway: National cycling licence recognised by UCI or medical certificate in addition to the purchase of an event licence (purchase on the registration form)

To have your Duo name printed on your race bib, you need to give it to add it to your online form at least one months before the event. It is possible to add/change your Duo name after this date for the Duo rankings, but it might not be printed on your bibs.

As part of the registration fee, you will be provided with one set of Haute Route cycling kit : bib shorts, jersey and arm warmers.

Riders have to be 18 in the same year they take part in the Haute Route, and there is no upper limit!

(e.g. for the 2019 edition riders must be born before 1st January 2002)

You can register for the Haute Route charity team as a Team Type 1 Foundation rider and enjoy many benefits, including a full refund of your entry fee upon reaching an agreed fundraising target.

Haute Route Europe & Haute Route Rockies: We will collect your bike box from you on Registration day (the day before stage 1). It will be loaded on to a truck and we will give it back to you after the finish of stage 7.

Haute Route 3 Days: You can leave your bike box at your hotel.
