Here you will find the answers to most of your questions regarding your registration, accommodation, equipment, race information, logistics, timings, the race village etc. Please check this section before contacting us - thank you!

Accommodation

No, but you can purchase various accommodation packages through us fo several events. You can book it directly on your registration platform.

If you have purchased the Shared Twin accommodation package but don’t have a roommate, we will find another rider to share the room with you. We try to put riders of the same age group and language together. Last year, riders we accommodated together were really happy and often became good friends.

7 day events: We will communicate the details of your first hotel in the run up to the event. If you would like to book extra nights either side of your accommodation package, please contact the hotel directly to organise this.

3day events: As soon as we can communicate the name of hotels, it will be added to the information section of the event that you are interested in. When the name is public, you will be able to contact them directly to add extra nights to your event.

Haute Route Norway (specific case) : Please contact us at [email protected] directly if you need to book extra nights, we will provide you the hotel details and the offer that we have.

No - we STRONGLY advise each rider to subscribe to Circles Groups Insurance at the time of the registration because there will be no refunds from the organisation.

Sorry, but unfortunately we cannot sell you a partial accommodation package. We look after lots of riders and are unable to fulfil individual accommodation requirements.

If you want to come with a partner sharing your room, we advise you to book a double room on your registration form in order to share the same form.

For 7 day events: If you come with people not sharing the room with you, you can book an additional room for them online on a dedicated form. Please note that transfers between stages are not provided.

3 day events: Event hotels are selected for their close location form the race village - less than 10 minutes by bike.

7 day events: If you book accommodation with us, for most stages you will cycle back to your accommodation - the furthest you will need to ride is approximately 12 min by bike. If your accommodation is too far away to ride we will organise shuttles (it will be mention on the accommodation list that you will receive prior to the event).

Yes, there will be specific locations in which to leave your motorhome during the week - we will provide more information on this in your Rider Roadbook.

If you don’t book one of our accommodation packages with us, we can still transfer your travel bag to the next stage if you bring it to the start line each morning. You can then pick it up from the Info Point at the finish of each stage. No bags will be picked up or dropped off at hotels, unless accommodation has been booked through us.

Budget package: Includes the night before Stage 1 of each of your events, but not the night after Stage 7 - you will need to book additional nights in between your events individually.

Standard / Standard Express / Premium package: Includes the night before Stage 1 of each of your events, and the night after Stage 7. You don’t need to book an accommodation between Pyrenees and Alps.
