When you register to an Haute Route event through Sylius, we host all the information we previously collect in a CRM platform called HubSpot to allow our customer service team to access all the customer profile information.

Medical assistance

We use a third-party company for the medical assistance of each Haute Route event. Prior to the event, we share your personal information, medical information and emergency contacts with our event medical assistance provider.

The medical assistance is provided by:

- Dokever on the Haute Route Stelvio, Haute Route Pyrenees, Haute Route Alps, Haute Route Dolomites, Haute Route Crans-Montana and Haute Route Ventoux

- A doctor with the University of California San Francisco on the Haute Route San Francisco

- A doctor with Mission Hospital on the Haute Route Asheville

Pic2Go

When you are registered to an Haute Route event, we offer you the possibility to subscribe for free to the Pic2Go service. Pic2Go collects identifiable information such as your name, picture and race bib number only if you choose to use this service. By using the Site, you grant Pic2Go permission to access and receive personally identifiable information from accounts that you may have on social media sites as Facebook®.

We use PhotoRunning, a third-party service to provide a photo service on the Haute Route that you can buy after the event or download your race certificate.

Event Hotels

If you book an Haute Route accommodation, you allow us to share your name with our official event hotels as part of the event rooming list to sort out the accommodation for you.

Survey Monkey

We use Survey Monkey, a third-party online survey software, to obtain relevant feedback from Haute Route participants after each Haute Route event. We use the information to improve the quality of the event. As our surveys are anonymous, any relevant personal information will be stored by them alone.

We also use Survey Monkey to obtain relevant information about the event’s contractors, suppliers and team members. We use the information to manage attendance to each of our events and we do not share or sell this information to others.
