Take on the three sides of Mont Ventoux to end your cycling season
Why this event?
A course steeped in cycling history
The Haute Route Ventoux gives you the opportunity to explore all three sides of the “Giant of Provence”, as well as quiet, rolling country roads along its base. Almost the entire course is timed, and all three stages finish up a different side of Mont Ventoux.
Charming provence region
In addition to the incredible Mont Ventoux, the region of Provence is absolutely stunning in the warm autumnal weather. Follow quiet roads snaking through vineyards and quaint towns and bask in the beauty of the region whilst stood atop the summit of Ventoux, with a 360 degree panoramic view.
Going Compact
The Compact course for Ventoux features fewer kilometres (90-100km) and less elevation gain (1700-2100m+) per stage. Around 30% shorter than the original course, this format is a challenging, fun, and authentic way for riders to get a taste of the Haute Route experience, including an ascent to the summit of Mont Ventoux on Stage 3 via the famous Tour de France route. The entire course is timed, and you’ll experience the thrill of climbing to a professional summit finish line.
