On the road
Ride on and around one of the most famous and respected climbs in all of cycling for three days on the Haute Route Stelvio. Building off the success of the new 3-day Haute Route events in 2017, the new concept is coming to Italy in June 2018.
Taking place from Friday June 8th to Sunday June 10th it’s the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the legend that is the Stelvio for a long weekend of incredible cycling.
The race village and riders services will all be located in the iconic town of Bormio from the Thursday 7th until the Sunday.
The three stages include climbs over the Umbrail Pass and Mortirolo, as well as summit finishes on the Passo Gavia and Passo Stelvio.
Allowing you to sleep in the same location for three days is one of the key elements of the new 3-day Haute Route format. On top of this you will get to live the same experiences as a classic Haute Route event: mythical climbs, an international peloton and unrivalled services both on and off the bike which allows you to live and ride like a professional.
As well a being perfectly located at the foot of Italy’s most famous col, Bormio has a host of top of the range infrastructures that riders and families have already enjoyed on the Haute Route Dolomites in the past. Bormio is easily accessible from the three Milan airports (Malpensa, Orio al Serio, Linate), or from Zurich international airport in Switzerland.
Join amateur riders from across the globe to live like professionals for three days on one of the most iconic cols in cycling.
